Artist: Pat Martin, Just Passing Through, Oil on board.

My paintings and drawings are about the process of creation and its endless possibilities. I try to merge or partner with a variety of materials and techniques to create my own visual language.

Born and educated in California, Pat Martin moved with her family to the New Hope area in the late 1960s. Since 1977, she has had many solo exhibitions and has participated in more than sixty group exhibitions, including the James A. Michener Art Museum, the Newark Museum, Ellerslie and the Noyes Museum.

Pat is a well loved local artist and is currently an instructor with the Robert Beck Academy here in Lambertville. Thanks Pat! Look for her on the Buck's County Elephant's Eye Studio Tour in mid May.Kevin Griffinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16632553405598035332noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8238630884196152584.post-23689223987712449232011-04-26T14:12:00.000-07:002011-04-26T14:21:10.579-07:00Suzanne Douglass.
